Did you know that the library has a variety of cookbooks for all ages? Cooking is a great activity for adults and children to do together. It teaches children valuable skills and increases their confidence while giving the whole family a tasty treat to enjoy.
This summer we encourage you to check out a cookbook from
the library and have your children pick a new recipe to try. We would love for you to tell us about the
new recipe you discovered in the comments below.
You can find cookbooks in our nonfiction section under the
Dewey Number J641.5 or ask a librarian for help.
