Today marks a very special occasion! On June 19th, 1865 is when the very last group of slaves found out they were free, thereby making this a holiday to celebrate! There is so much history to learn about Juneteenth and we have a wide selection of books for you to choose from. Come visit the library and check out whatever fits your reading needs!
