Book Field Trip: Victorian Christmas at Ringwood Manor

 

Celebrate the Christmas season with books and a fun outing!

Explore historical decorations and go on a scavenger hunt at the Ringwood Manor’s Victorian Christmas special event.

Book Field Trip: New Jersey Botanical Gardens

 


As leaves change and fall, birds migrate and animals prepare for winter, there is plenty to see and enjoy at the New Jersey Botanical Gardens in Ringwood State Park. 

Learn about local plants and animals with these and many other nonfiction books in the Clifton Library collection then enjoy a free, guided hike through the NJBG’s woodlands.

Book Field Trip: Aviation Hall of Fame

Everyone knows the Wright Brothers, but aviation history is full of people who rose to the challenge, creating and breaking records and pushing the field flight forward.

Learn about these daring pilots, and then get a close up look at real historical planes at the Aviation Hall of Fame in Teterboro:
